In order to use ACN Digital Phone Service, you will need the following:

Enhanced and Basic 911ACN Digital Phone Service supports both E911 (enhanced 911) and Basic 911. In areas where E911 is not available; we provide Basic 911 service. We will notify you of which type of 911 service you have during the sign-up process, then we'll follow up with a confirmation e-mail to your message inbox upon completion of your order.
With E911 service, when you dial 911, your telephone number and registered address is sent to the local emergency center assigned to your location, and emergency operators have access to the information they need to send help and call you back if necessary.
With basic 911, the local emergency operator answering the call will not have your call back number or your exact location, so you will need to provide this information. Until you give the operator your phone number, they may not be able to call you back or dispatch help if the call is not completed or is not forwarded, is dropped or disconnected, or if you are unable to speak.
Please note that in the event of a broadband or power outage, your Digital Phone Service will not work and therefore 911 Dialing service will not work as well.

Restrictions
Intended for residential calling only (direct dialed conversations or voice mail messages). Chat lines, data, fax, commercial use, Internet access and/or long distance calls made using call forwarding and three-way calling features are prohibited. ACN, Inc. reserves the right to terminate enrollment in this plan. Excludes calls terminating to some 218 area codes, chat lines, and certain call types such as private, military, non-geographic and premium numbers. Destinations are subject to change.

ACN Family PlansUse ACN Family Plan lines as a low-cost way to keep in touch with the people you call the most. Order them with a new account or add a line through your Online Account Management. All Family Plan lines require a Video Phone. Phone Adapter customers can add a Family Plan line for themselves and get the best of both worlds: The faxing capabilities and two-line capabilities of the Phone Adapter and the ability to see who they are talking to with the Family Plan Video Phone line.
Family Plan lines can only be purchased by a customer who has an active Digital Phone Service primary account or signs up for one upon ordering. Family Plan lines are for calls made on ACN's network only and cannot be used to call non-ACN phone numbers. These lines cannot be used for a primary phone line and do not have 911 access. Monthly fees and all activation, shipping and handling will be charged to your credit card. Video phone purchases require a 2-year agreement. Early termination fees for services and equipment apply. Applicable taxes and fees apply.

High Speed Internet RestrictionsACN High Speed Internet is available in select areas and must be bundled with either an ACN Digital Phone Service or Local and Long Distance Calling Plan. Internet speeds are limited to what is presented to customers after the serviceability verification. Customers will be offered the highest speeds available in their area. A 4-port modem is included at no charge. A separate modem shipping charge will apply.
For customers in ACN/Qwest serviceable areas: In order to sign up for ACN High Speed Internet service you will need to transfer an existing Qwest phone number. ACN High Speed Internet service requires a two-year service agreement.
For customers in ACN/Verizon serviceable areas: ACN High Speed Internet service requires a one year service agreement.
For all current AT&T customers: If you have high speed Internet bundled with your phone service, ACN is not able to transfer AT&T bundled phone and high speed Internet service at this time. Please ensure that you do not have an AT&T bundled service before ordering ACN Local and Long Distance.
